Download history invoices and receipts
We know invoices and receipts are important documents to you and your businesses. An invoice and receipt will be sent to your registered email as soon as a payment is made. In addition, you can also download your history invoices and receipts from your subscription page. Below are the steps to guide you on the process.
Note that the steps below requires an active subscription. If your subscription has expired, these steps will not apply. You will need to either look for them in your inbox (with subject: invoice from Maply, sent by an email from stripe.com), or contact us for support.
Step 1: Go to the subscription page under My Account, by clicking your first name, and click the button MANAGE PLANS AND BILLING, as in the screen below.
You will be brought to a page as below. At the lower part of the page, you will see your invoice history.
Step 2: Click the date to download invoices and receipts for payments of that day.
Don't see your invoices or your receipts there? Don't worry, Get in touch with us and we will get back to you in no time.
