When you subscribe to Maply, you are enrolling in a recurring billing cycle. Your account will be automatically charged until you opt to cancel your subscription. To cancel, simply log into your Maply account, navigate to 'Subscription' and then to 'Manage Subscriptions & Billing'.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not be renewed in the next billing cycle, and you will not incur further charges. However, please note that your current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Generally, payments made for Maply subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you experience a bug or error in our product/service that significantly impacts your use, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact us with details of the issue. We will review each case individually. Refund requests should be made within 15 days of encountering the issue.
If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please login to your account, navigate to 'Subscription' and then to 'Manage Subscriptions & Billing' to update your subscription.
